A competition by Open Democracy and UCL to create an image of what a future world will look like after COVID-19 lock down ends.
My image shows how this pandemic will effect the way city centres and large urban spaces will be designed to allow for more green space. During lock down, many people living in cities did not have access to nature, making the time harder and more draining on mental and physical well-being. I think this will be remembered in the future and planning will have to adapt ta make sure everyone has some positive green space no matter where they live.
