The other project which I spent a lot of time on was the North East Fringe development in Cambridge. This
development will include 5,500 homes, and will be a new distinct area of Cambridge. The project is still in
the very early stages of development and will not be submitted for planning until 2024. Comparing this
project to the Wolverton scheme I previously worked on shows the large range of experience both in scale
of project and stage of development I gained during my time at TOWN.

My work on Cambridge Core Site was mainly centred around developing concept imagery which represents
the schemes values and promises. These images begun to explore key elements of the development and
helped to solidify some of central ideas that emerged from early stage thinking. They will also likely be used during the public engagement process which will form a large part of the final outcome of the scheme.
